Substance Abuse Program for Adolescents of New Jersey

Capitol Care, Inc. is a CARF accredited agency and is licensed by the Division of Addiction Services. The adolescent program provides treatment interventions based on the individual’s needs. Services are designed for the adolescent individual who is in need of alcohol and substance use treatment. Substance Abuse Treatment NJ services vary from 3 hours 3 times per week to 1 hour once per week. For services call (844)437-3482.

Our Program:

Our program is held on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3:30 – 6:30 pm.
Who would benefit from the program?

Our model is designed for the adolescent individual, ages 13 – 17, who is in need of alcohol and substance use treatment. Individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders can effectively make use of this program, but may need additional mental health services.

How the program works:

A client wishing to utilize our services must first complete a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment. After the evaluation, a recommendation for treatment can be made. The frequency of treatment varies and is based on individual need. The group cycle is facilitated by a trained professional in the field. Treatment includes, but is not limited to individual and group therapies, as well as interactive discussions and activities. Our treatment model is highly structured and relies on evidence based practices.

Treatment team:

The clinical team is made up of Licensed Professionals including the Director of the program, Clinician, Case Manager and other agencies involved in the individual’s treatment.
