Who Would Benefit from this Program?
Capitol Care, Inc.’s
Adult Day program provides supportive groups to individuals with
developmental disabilities. The program focuses on assisting
individuals by developing skills in the areas of community
integration, goal setting, life skills and management, and
personal development.
Our Program:
This program operates Monday through Friday
from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Each individual is assigned a clinical
specialist to provide service coordination, case management,
links to community resources, and work towards personally
meaningful goals. Please see our current schedule.
Admissions:
Referrals to Capitol Care, Inc. are made by
the Division of Developmental Disabilities and/or individual
support coordinators. To initiate the referral process, you can
click on the referral for services prompt and complete the
application or contact the intake coordinator at 973-426-1447 directly Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Screening and intake
services for potential admission can be done at the program.
