Treatment Programs:

treatment Capitol Care provides a structured individualized, clinically intensive, psychiatric day treatment program for adults with psychiatric, chemical dependency and emotional disorders. Capitol Care also addresses concerns related to community integration and behavioral concerns that affect daily life issues. The treatment experience provides the adult with a secure, structured, and clinically intensive support environment to work through psychological, social and family adjustment problems. Upon admission, a series of clinical assessments including psychiatric and social, will be conducted in order to identify specific needs upon which the individualized treatment plan will be based.

Treatment Team:

The treatment team is led by the Program Director and a Board-Certified Psychiatrist. The team may include licensed therapists, psychiatric nurses, case managers, and certified alcoholism counselors who combine their skills to provide an intensive, daily, therapeutic experience.

Therapeutic Services:
The primary components may include:

  • Individual Supportive Counseling
  • Addictions Group
  • Creative Arts Group
  • Psycho-Educational Groups
  • Recreation Activities
  • Case Management and Service Procurement
  • Symptom Identification and Management
  • Wellness and Recovery Groups

Admissions:
Referrals for screening and/or admission can be made by contacting the program, Monday through Friday. Screening for admission can be done at the program

Who Would Benefit from this Program?
The program is designed to serve adults who need the structure and intensity found in inpatient psychiatric programs but who do not require 24-hour inpatient care

Our Program:
The program is open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, for a length of stay based on the individual's needs.

Payment:
Capitol Care is a Medicaid funded program and accepts Medicaid as a form of payment
PARTIAL CARE SERVICES
Admissions:
Referrals for screening and/or admission can be made by contacting the program, Monday through Friday. Screening for admission can be done at the program.

Who Would Benefit from this Program?
Those persons with mental health and substance abuse concerns, or those persons that due to family, work, and or personal needs require a support service less than 5 days a week.

Our Program:
This program is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:00 am to 12:10 pm.
