Who Would Benefit from this Program?

The program is designed to assist people with severe mental health diagnoses achieve community integration through valued living, learning, working, and social roles and to prevent hospitalization and relapse.  Our group structure encourages peer support, creative educational experiences, and effective symptoms management to improve the stability and overall wellness of our individuals.

 

The Treatment Program:

Capitol Care's Partial Care mental health program includes individual counseling, clinically intensive groups, prevocational training, psycho-education, recreation, and other topics and activities.  On-site psychiatric monitoring and care is also available.  Person-centered treatment planning is implemented by our team of clinical professionals in a structured environment.  Services are delivered in high-tech modern facilities as well as in community settings.  

Program hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with locations in Stanhope and Bound Brook.
