Capitol Care is committed to your development, both professionally and personally. We offer up to a week of pre-service training which includes American Red Cross Adult CPR and First Aid certification, crisis management training, and education on a variety of clinical, health, and safety subjects. You will receive specific, relevant on-the-job training, as well as the opportunity to attend a multitude of off-site trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
